By participating in the Pretty Polly competition, the following conditions of participation are accepted.

The organiser of this promotion is Pretty Polly, Embody (Brands) Limited, Courtaulds Building, 292 Haydn Road, Nottingham, NG5 1EB England - hereinafter referred to as Pretty Polly.

To take part in the competition, the fields listed in the online form on the official Pretty Polly website must be completed and submitted. By participating in the competition, participants declare their agreement with the rules of the competition. Participation is possible within the period specified in the competition. Participation in the competition is free of charge. Transfer to third parties, cash payment of equal value or changes to the prize are not possible.

Natural persons from the United Kingdom who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of Pretty Polly, Embody (Brands) Limited and their relatives are excluded from participation. The operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example

1. in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or execution of the competition,
2. in the event of breaches of these conditions of participation,
3. in the event of unfair behaviour or
4. in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

The competition runs from 1 October 2025 (00:00 GMT) to 27 October 2025 (23:59 GMT).

Please note:

• Prizes will be awarded subject to availability of the selected sizes and colours in stock at the time of delivery.
• The winners will be contacted after the end of the competition. The prize will be dispatched within one month of receipt of the confirmation email by the winner. The delivery time may be delayed due to circumstances beyond the control of Pretty Polly, Embody (Brands) Limited.

The closing date for entries is Sunday, 26.10.2025. The winner will be drawn at random on 27 October 2025 and notified by email. Winner must respond within 120 hours (5 days) of notification. Otherwise the prize will be forfeited after this time and new winners will be drawn.

Entitlement to the prize arises exclusively upon receipt of the written notification of the prize. The prize will only be handed over to the winner.

Legal recourse, in particular the assertion of any claims against Embody (Brands) Limited in court, is excluded. Subject to typesetting and printing errors. Cash payment of the prize is expressly excluded. A transfer of the prize is not possible. These conditions of participation are subject to law of England and Wales. Should one of the present provisions be wholly or partially invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Pretty Polly reserves the right to amend or supplement these conditions of participation at any time without giving reasons, insofar as this is necessary in the interests of simple and secure processing and in particular to prevent misuse or for other reasons. The recipient of the information provided by the participants is Pretty Polly, Embody (Brands) Limited.

Pretty Polly assures to comply with the legal provisions of data protection according to the GDPR and to use all data - including personal data - of the participants only for the purpose of carrying out this campaign and to pass it on to third parties only insofar as this is necessary for the processing within the framework of the campaign or for its implementation. Pretty Polly confirms that third parties are obliged by a contractual agreement with Pretty Polly to also comply with the statutory provisions of the Data Protection Act when processing personal data.

Pretty Polly is not liable for damage caused by errors, delays or interruptions in data transmission, faults in technical equipment and services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data and viruses. Once the prizes have been handed over, Pretty Polly

accepts no liability for damages of any kind. This does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body or health caused by wilful or negligent breach of duty by Pretty Polly or its vicarious agents. In this case, liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these conditions of participation.

The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes as close as possible to the economic intent and purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these conditions of participation.
