Prices, Customs, Taxes & VAT
Prices shown for goods on this site exclude postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown at checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order.
The prices on this site are the same for all customers worldwide. For UK customers and other customers specifying a UK delivery address this includes VAT at the prevailing rate. For all other customers the price you see is the price you pay.
For customers in the Channel Islands (Alderney, Guernsey, Herm, Jersey, and Sark) we will, on request, refund the VAT on any items from your order which you keep. Once you have received your order, let us know within 3 months which items you are keeping and we will refund the applicable VAT amount back to your card within 30 days.
When ordering goods from our website for delivery outside of the UK, the recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are payable once the package reaches the specified destination and are charges that must be borne by the recipient. We cannot advise on any customs duties, tariffs or taxes.
Our international customers should also note that we are obliged to declare the full value of goods on all packages shipped outside of the UK and all such cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
If a delivery to an address outside of the UK cannot be completed due to unpaid import duties or taxes, when the package is returned to us a minimum fee of £25 may be deducted from your refund to cover the return charges and fees billed to us by the carrier.
Discount Offers and Voucher Codes
All promotions apply to full priced items only unless specified otherwise and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers including multi-buy offers.
Only one discount or code is applicable per transaction. If multiple discounts are presented the discount with the greater value will be applied.
Buy one get one free, buy one get one half price and buy two get one free offers will be automatically discounted at the checkout. The discount will be applied to the lowest-priced item.
Free delivery offers apply to standard delivery to UK addresses only.

Consumer Contract Regulations
We comply with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. These regulations give consumers a right to:

Conclusion of a Contract
This website and the prices shown constitute an invitation to treat and not an offer capable of acceptance. At all times our acceptance of an order takes place on despatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made. Aristoc reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion and at any time before the point of despatch, including for technical reasons.
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability. Where items are not in stock, we will process a refund for the items we are unable to supply at the price you paid for the goods.
Changes to Your Order
We aim to despatch all internet orders by the next working day which means that amendments to your details can only be made before 5pm GMT the same working day. Please note that we can only make changes to address and sizing information or cancel an order in its entirety. Please note that we will not be able to amend orders that are made after 5pm during the week or over the weekend.
The actual colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to the limitations of browser software and monitors, limitations of photographic technology and lighting conditions.
All confidential information, including credit card details, is held securely and only transmitted in an encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
Our Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to any subsequent purchase contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
None of the above Terms and Conditions affect your statutory consumer rights.
